Our patents

Hemarina was founded in 2007 with CNRS patent application WO2001/092320 (filed under number PCT/FR2001/001505). The corresponding titles were issued in 2002 for France and in 2004 for Europe, the CNRS granted Hemarina an exclusive license to operate this group of patents.
The company focuses its efforts on developing its fully patented product portfolio.
Today, its R&D developments are protected by no less than 21 different patent applications, the majority of which have been granted.
Hemarina strives to maximize collaborations with its partners, who constitute an important innovation resource, while maintaining absolute respect for the rights and properties of each.
